Location, location, location.........you hear it all the time. And this property is in a stunning location on the edge of the Perigord Noir, probably the most beautiful part of the Dordogne. And on the best street in town.
Good job really as that is probably the only thing going for it.
That and it is cheap.
Swimming pool (if you don't fancy river swimming) is walking distance from house - great value for money for whole day, paddling pool for toddlers, big pool 3m deep with diving board and, amazingly, usually relativley empty!
